Returning Any Problem Parts

We don’t expect your SteppIR to have a problem, but if it does we want to make sure you know we are here to support you!  Please see below for our Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) form.  The instructions should be clear but if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us. 

Note that we do not conduct EHU repairs any longer, but we do offer a $95 per EHU core credits for returned EHU’s on new purchases.

Repair pricing for controllers, loading coils or other items as authorized is $152 per hour, plus the cost of any replacement parts. This hourly fee includes the testing/diagnostic process.

Warranty repair qualification will be determined by SteppIR technicians upon inspection of products. If repair is an authorized warranty claim, the customer will not be charged for replacement parts or labor.

If you are sending in a product for us to repair or diagnose, please fill out the RMA form and submit; once you fill out this form, you will not need to wait for any further authorization from SteppIR. An automated email will be sent back to you with a PDF of your RMA form, please print the RMA and include it with your return shipment.
