Price Increase and other NewsCheckout our new layaway program!

Effective January 1, 2023 we will be raising prices 10% on our entire product line to help mitigate the losses we have suffered from these pricing issues. We are hopeful at some point the parts issues will reach a peak and possibly prices can even go back down again, but so far we are not seeing this happen. We are announcing this price increase now in hopes of giving our customers as much advance warning as possible.

Other news at SteppIR:

In the last year we have made significant changes to enhance our product design, to create what we believe is the most reliable product we have offered in our 21 year history.

Many of you know the struggles we have had with sourcing electronic parts for our controllers, and that is coming to an end - we currently have all the parts required to make controllers, and within a week or two we should be returning to normal on controller deliveries.

We continue to work on our digital platform, so that we can be in much better contact with our customers - look for us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram with more to follow under our new slogan/hashtag S9PLUS20.

Look for new programs such as our winter layaway program, for those folks that want to purchase a SteppIR, but can't rationalize a significant payment up-front.
